How do I become a member?
Members are watchers who have sent in a note to join .
If you watch us that does not make you a member unless you send us a note stating you would like to become a member.

What is difference between watching and joining?
Some people wish to only be watching us, they don't want to send art in and don't wish to be on the members list. So we ask anyone who would like to be on the list to send us a note asking to join.

If you want to be a member..... put us on your watch list first
ADVERTISE US Put our icon, stamps, etc. in your journals

Send us a note entitled "I am a Caliber8 member"
We'll watch you back if you do so.

All who are intersted are welcome to join! We refuse no one.

We all would like to thank you for considering Caliber8 to be your clubroom home.....together art goes to the next level.
WE ARE NOT A STOCK RESOURCE - contact the original author of the piece before use.....we do not condone thievery.

If you haven't guessed by now, the focus of Caliber8 is to help open the doors for all walks of life in the art community. Alot of artists/writers/photographers/poets go through dry spells. Caliber8 is not only a resource, but a tight knit community within the DA community.

Sort of a Horton Hears a Who kind of idea....

Here we ask members to submit unfinished / finished works (which other members have put up for grabs basically....though credit for that portion is still maintained and recognized and acknowledged),
or team up with other members to create new pieces either from scratch, or use of selected pieces (with the authors permission of course)
or do revamps of other members artwork to mimick your own style
